Return Policy

*Returns*

In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in brand new condition and must be able to be resold. If we deem a returned item as unable to be resold, we may have to deny your refund.

All returns must be started within 30 days of the date you received your order. To start a return, please contact us at mrsleicrochets@gmail.com.

*Refunds*

Once we receive your returned item, and the refund is approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment that very day. Please note that all financial institutions may have their own processing times for refunds as well.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received a refund confirmation, please contact us at mrsleicrochets@gmail.com.

*Fees*
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees.

We cover shipping costs in some instances. Such as, if you receive an incorrect item.

*Damaged/Incorrect Items*
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please allow 1-2 business days to process the proper solution.

*Non-Returnable Items*

All items that are custom made, including all custom made Moses Baskets and any custom matching baskets, are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there is any damage to your item, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately for replacement.
