*Ready-To-Ship Moses Baskets & Other Products*

RTS Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Once packaged and labeled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders will be dropped off to the shipping carrier twice a week between Monday and Friday. Please note that holidays and weekends will cause some delays.

*Made-To-Order/Custom Moses Baskets & Other Products*

MTO Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. You may receive an email confirming your order selection(s) if more information regarding your request is needed. It takes about 3-5 days for production. You can expect your order within 3-4 weeks, with holidays and weekends causing some delays. Once your item(s) is completed, it will be packaged for shipping. You will receive your tracking information via email.

*Shipping Carrier*

If there are any unforeseen delays or shipping issues, Mrs. Lei Crochets will reach out to you directly to figure out the best solution. Mrs. Lei Crochets is not responsible for orders that are lost in transit, or damaged during the delivery process. Once your order leaves Mrs. Lei Crochets, it is out of our hands. The most economical shipping option is selected, which may be USPS, UPS, or Fedex. For packages that are returned to sender, Mrs. Lei Crochets will give you the option to reship at the buyers expense, or you may request a partial refund. Please note that shipping and restocking fees will be applied. Please note that we take the utmost care in packaging your item to ensure that it arrives to you safely.

*ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*

For ALL international orders, please send a message via chat requesting a shipping estimate prior to placing your order. Please include your name, full address, and the products you would like included in your estimate, and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If you would like to proceed with the order, please confirm so that we can send you a manual invoice with the updated shipping price. For International shipping, orders are processed within 1-2 business days for Ready-To-Ship items. All packages are shipped using the most economical shipping carrier, which is "usually" UPS Worldwide Saver. Once packaged and labeled, you will receive a tracking number via email. The shipping time varies on your country, but averages between 4 to 7 business days. For Made-To-Order items, orders are processed within 1-2 Business. Days You may receive an email confirming your order selection if more information regarding your request is needed. It takes about 3-5 days for production. Once your item(s) is completed, it will be packaged for shipping. You will receive your tracking information via email.
